By the end of the course, the participants should be able to:
describe the general principles and techniques to successfully complete the examination
demonstrate these principles by discussing real questions on different types of structures
judge the requirements of the examination and what the examiners expect to see.
The course will be conducted by three current marking examiners for the IStructE CME over two sessions:
22 January 2022 and 12 February 2022.

嗯。Reve Chin
Project Manager, Jacobs Engineering
嗯。Chin is a Project Manager and Qualified Person with Jacobs Engineering; graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Bachelor (Hons) and Master of Science in Civil Engineering.
嗯。Chin在工程咨询公司跨国公司的各种设计角色和项目管理方面拥有19年的工作经验。他是新加坡的专业工程师，并且自2010年以来担任Outstructe的特许成员，并且是CME标记审查员多年。
He has worked on diverse range of industrial projects from manufacturing, chemicals, water treatment, desalination, waste management, power plants to high-voltage substations; commercial projects such as MBS Integrated Resort, hotels and convention centre; infrastructure projects - MRT stations, large watermains replacements/diversion works and major canals/drains; and various residential projects including condominiums, HDB apartments and bungalows.
嗯。Wijaya Wong
Regional Director, WME (South East Asia) Pte Ltd
嗯。Wong graduated from Tarumanagara University and National University of Singapore with BEng (Civil) and MSc (Civil), respectively.
嗯。Wong has more than 20 years of working experience in various design and project delivery of infrastructure, industrial, commercial, residential and institutional projects in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and China. The highlighted project under his portfolio is Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, for which he was the Qualified Person (Design) for the hotel towers.
He is a registered Professional Engineer in Singapore since 2009 and a Chartered Member of IStructE since 2006 and he is currently a marking examiner for the IStructE CME.
ER. Steve Yeung
Director, WME (South East Asia) Pte Ltd
嗯。Yeung graduated from the University of Sydney, Australia with Bachelor (Hons) and Master of Engineering Degrees.
嗯。Yeung has over 30 years of working experience in the offshore oil-&-gas, mining and power generation industries. He has worked as structural design engineer, project engineer, project manager and engineering manager.
He commenced his career in Australia before relocating to Singapore in 1999. He is a registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Singapore and Chartered Member of IStructE. He has been a marking examiner for IStructE since 2007.
